Kridhan Infra Limited appointed U B Lakhani & Company as statutory auditors for five years

Kridhan Infra Limited announced that its board of directors appointed M/s U B Lakhani & Company (FRN:105532W) as the company's statutory auditors, subject to member approval, to fill a casual vacancy effective September 1, 2026, and for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 25th Annual General Meeting. The appointment follows the resignation of Jignesh Savla & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 127654W), with effect from August 31, 2026.
