Larsen & Toubro Ltd announced that India Ratings & Research Private Limited (India Ratings) has affirmed its credit rating of ‘IND AAA’ with a Stable Outlook for Larsen & Toubro Limited’s Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and a credit rating of ‘IND A1+’ for its Commercial Paper, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted; the rating agencies published the rating, and the disclosure is pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
