Maruti Interior Products to review financial results at board meeting on September 8

Maruti Interior Products Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at its registered office to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for company insiders has been closed and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are announced.
