Harig Crankshafts re-appointed Manoj Agarwal as Managing Director, pending shareholder approval

Harig Crankshafts Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Manoj Agarwal as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also re-appointed M/s M.B. Gupta & Co. as its statutory auditors for five years, from the conclusion of the 3rd Annual General Meeting (Post CIRP) until the conclusion of the 8th Annual General Meeting (Post CIRP) for fiscal year 2030-2031, also pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved a material related-party transaction with Chemester Food Industry Private Limited for the fiscal year ending 2026-2027. The company’s 3rd Annual General Meeting (Post CIRP) will be held on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing.
