Adline Chem Lab Limited replaced auditors after a disagreement over professional fees

Adline Chem Lab Limited informed the BSE that its board accepted the resignation of statutory auditors M/s. Jain Kedia & Sharma, Chartered Accountants, effective August 31, 2026, due to disagreement over revised professional fees. The board subsequently appointed M/s. V. V. Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, to fill the casual vacancy and recommended their appointment for a full term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
