Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to consider a proposal for the issue of convertible equity warrants/shares to promoters, a promoter group, or other investors on a preferential basis, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Trading window for the company's securities for designated persons will be closed from September 1, 2026, until 48 business hours after the board meeting’s conclusion.
