Magenta Lifecare Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 21, 2026, to September 28, 2026, both days inclusive, for the Annual General Meeting and to determine shareholders for sending notice and participating in the E-Voting of the 11th Annual General Meeting, with a cut-off date of August 28, 2026.
