Amagi Media Labs liquidates Argoid Analytics subsidiary following tribunal approval

Amagi Media Labs Limited announced the voluntary liquidation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Argoid Analytics Private Limited, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, effective August 31, 2026. The company stated that Argoid is not a material subsidiary and the liquidation will not have a material impact on Amagi Media Labs Limited's business.
