Kalpataru Projects International Limited announced that its first-level step-down subsidiary, Linjemontage I Grästorp AB, incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, LM Operation Center India Private Limited, on August 14, 2026, with an authorized capital of Rs 30,00,00,000 and a subscribed capital of Rs 1,50,00,000, subscribed to by Linjemontage I Grästorp AB and its nominee shareholder. The incorporation, which constitutes a related party transaction, was formalized with a certificate received from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on September 1, 2026, and LM Operation Center India Private Limited is being established to enhance project and engineering execution capabilities.
