Infonative Solutions approves employee stock options, auditor reappointment, and related party transactions

Infonative Solutions Limited, formerly Infonative Solutions Pvt Ltd, announced its Board of Directors approved the formulation, adoption, and implementation of the Infonative Solutions Limited Employee Stock Options Scheme 2026, which includes a pool of 500,000 options for employees, and re-appointed Gupta Atul & Co. as its Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, starting April 1, 2026. The company also approved related party transactions with a maximum value of Rs 15 crore individually for companies and Rs 2 crore individually for directors, and will hold its 28th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026, via video conferencing.
