SKF India names Sujeeth Pai as Managing Director for five years, replacing Mukund Vasudevan

SKF India (Industrial) Limited announced that Sujeeth Pai will transition from Whole-Time Director to Managing Director, effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The change replaces Mukund Vasudevan, who resigned due to an internal role change within SKF Group. Pai's appointment is for a period of five years and he is not related to any other directors or key managerial personnel of the company.
