Godavari Drugs seeks shareholder approval to expand into nutraceuticals and food ingredients

Godavari Drugs Limited announced that its board of directors approved an alteration to the company's Memorandum of Association to include the business of nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, natural extracts, food ingredients, and allied products, subject to shareholder approval at the company's 38th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026. The move, required to enable the company to operate under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, will take effect upon shareholder approval and filing with the Registrar of Companies, Telangana.
