Emerald Leisures promoter pledged over 38 lakh shares as security for debentures

Promoter Jaydeep Vinod Mehta has pledged 38,30,323 equity shares, representing 25.50% of the total share capital, of Emerald Leisures Limited as security for allotment of non-convertible debentures. Mehta’s total shareholding in the company is 46,74,566 equity shares, or 31.13% of the total share capital, according to a regulatory filing on August 19, 2026. The pledge was created on August 18, 2026, in favor of Beacon Trusteeship Limited (Debenture Trustee) and Lighthouse Canton Alternatives Asset Manager private limited (Lender).
