Emerald Leisures promoter pledged significant shares as security for debentures with Beacon Trusteeship

Promoter Jaydeep Vinod Mehta has pledged 38,30,323 equity shares, representing 25.50% of the total share capital, of Emerald Leisures Limited as security for allotment of non-convertible debentures. Mehta’s total shareholding in the company is 46,74,566 equity shares, which represents 31.13% of the total share capital, according to a regulatory filing. The pledge was created on August 18, 2026, in favor of Beacon Trusteeship Limited (Debenture Trustee) and Lighthouse Canton Alternatives Asset Manager private limited (Lender).
