Wardwizard Healthcare Limited announced that its board approved the issuance of up to 1,25,00,000 fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis through a private placement for a total consideration of Rs 12,50,00,000. The warrants will be issued at a price of Rs 10 per warrant, with each warrant convertible into one equity share of face value Rs 10. The company intends to use the proceeds for growth and expansion initiatives, including investments in promoter and promoter group entities, meeting working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.
