Trident Lifeline receives Rs 47.88 crore upon warrant conversion, boosting equity capital

Trident Lifeline Limited announced the allotment of 24,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to Ashish Anandsingh Bafna upon the conversion of an equal number of warrants, receiving Rs 47.88 crore. The company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs 11.957 crore, consisting of 11.957 million equity shares.
