Ahmedabad Steelcraft Limited’s board re-appointed Rohit Pandey as director through video conference

Ahmedabad Steelcraft Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Rohit Pandey as director liable to retire by rotation at the company’s 54th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2026, via video conferencing. The board also approved the notice and agenda for the AGM, the company’s Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the cut-off and book closure dates of September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the AGM. Additionally, the company appointed Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the scrutinizer for the AGM and disclosed details regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) suspense account.
