Delphi World Money re-appoints Hariprasad Meenoth Panichikkil as Whole-Time Director for five years

Delphi World Money Limited announced that its board of directors re-appointed Mr. Hariprasad Meenoth Panichikkil as Whole-Time Director for a further period of five years, effective February 11, 2027, up to February 10, 2032, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company will hold its 41st Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board appointed Mr. Rahul Khadriya of SRC & Co. as the scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting.
