Wardwizard Healthcare’s board approved increasing authorized share capital to Rs 25 crore

Wardwizard Healthcare Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved a proposal to increase the company's authorized share capital from Rs 7,50,00,000 divided into 75,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 25,00,00,000 divided into 2,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
