ALSTONE TEXTILES (INDIA) LIMITED informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 31, 2026, that its Board of Directors has recommended the ratification of the appointment of M/s Parul Agrawal & Associates, a Delhi-based Practicing Company Secretaries firm, as Secretarial Auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
