Chandra Prabhu International appoints Vandana Singh as director for five years

Chandra Prabhu International Limited announced that its board of directors appointed Ms. Vandana Singh as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) effective August 31, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company also reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
