Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd. announced that its Resourcing & Business Committee approved the allotment of 12,500 equity shares of Rs 2 each on August 31, 2026, following the exercise of stock options by employees under the Aptus Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2021, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 1,00,16,35,472 to Rs 1,00,16,60,472.
