Films Limited informed the BSE Limited that it will close its Register of Members and Register of Transfers from September 18, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for its Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing or other audio visual means, and has set September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote through remote e-voting or e-voting at the AGM, while also noting that the Board of Directors has not recommended a dividend for the year.
