Kiri Industries' board approved a warrant issue to promoters valued up to Rs 288.92 crore

Kiri Industries Limited announced that its board approved the preferential issue of 60,82,600 warrants to promoters Manishkumar Kiri, Anupama Manishkumar Kiri, and Hemil Manishkumar Kiri, at a price of Rs 475 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 465, for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 288,92,35,000. The warrants are convertible into one fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 10 each, and can be exercised within 18 months from the date of allotment.
