Shah Metacorp Limited appointed Shivam Soni & Co. as statutory auditors for five years

Shah Metacorp Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Shivam Soni & Co. as its statutory auditors for five consecutive years, from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed M/s. Murtuza Mandorwala & Associates as its secretarial auditors for a similar five-year term, also pending shareholder approval. The 27th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and the record date for the meeting has been fixed on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
