Swaraj Engines Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kshirsagar as an Additional Director, effective September 1, 2026, and subsequently as Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term, also effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kshirsagar, aged 57, previously oversaw engine plants at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and brings over 34 years of experience in projects and manufacturing operations, including driving volume ramp-ups and implementing manufacturing digitization initiatives. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding a directorial position.
