Angalappan Anandakumar transitions to Managing Director role at the financial services company

Financial services company executives Angalappan Anandakumar and Gopal Sridharan are undergoing significant changes in roles, the company announced. Anandakumar will resign as Chief Financial Officer on August 31, 2026, and as Whole-Time Director on September 30, 2026, to pursue a new role as Managing Director, effective September 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the 41st Annual General Meeting. He will also serve as an Additional Director starting September 1, 2026. Gopal Sridharan is resigning to pursue other professional interests. Following these changes, Ratnesh Kumar Agrawal will chair both the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, with Muthusamy Ganeshkumar and Anandakumar also serving as members.
