CapitalNumbers Infotech allocates IPO proceeds for Epitome Cloud Inc. acquisition

CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited announced on Monday, August 31, 2026, that its board approved a variation to the objects of its initial public offer, allowing for the deployment of up to Rs 500.00 Lakhs of IPO proceeds for investment in Epitome Cloud Inc. and its subsidiaries, in addition to its wholly-owned subsidiary Capital Numbers LLC. The board also approved reallocating Rs 1,146.46 Lakhs from issue-related expenses to fund the acquisition of 100% ownership interest in Epitome Cloud Inc. for approximately Rs 40 crore.
