RCC Cements re-appoints Sachin Garg as Managing Director for another five-year term

RCC Cements Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Sachin Garg as Managing Director for a second five-year term, effective July 8, 2027, and subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the re-appointment of Madhu Sharma as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, also pending shareholder approval. The company will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, at its registered office in New Delhi.
