AMS Polymers Limited will hold a board meeting on September 3, 2026, to consider and approve the notice for the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26, the Director’s Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and Corporate Governance Report, and to fix the date, time, and venue of the AGM. The board will also consider empowering itself to borrow up to Rs 20,00,00,000 and appointing M/s. Kundan Agrawal & Associates as the scrutinizer for the voting process, as well as consider proposals for granting loans, providing guarantees, or offering security under sections 185 and 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.
