Rajnish Retail Limited, formerly known as Sheetal Diamonds Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the company’s Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and convened the 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The board also approved the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, and set the cut-off date for electronic voting as September 19, 2026.
