Shah Metacorp Limited appoints Shivam Soni & Co. as statutory auditors for five years

Shah Metacorp Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Shivam Soni & Co. as its statutory auditors for five consecutive years, from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed M/s. Murtuza Mandorwala & Associates as its secretarial auditors for a similar five-year term, also pending shareholder approval. The 27th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, with a record date of Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and remote e-voting commencing on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
