Park Medi World to develop a 550-bed hospital in Prayagraj via PPP with municipal corporation

Park Medi World Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, tentatively named “Park Medicity Prayagraj Limited” or “Park Hospital Prayagraj Limited,” as a Special Purpose Vehicle to develop and operate a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, under a Public-Private Partnership model awarded by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation; the incorporation will involve a cash consideration of Rs 0.15 crore for 1,50,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, and the company will hold 100% shareholding.
