Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited, formerly Milky Mist Dairy Food Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board of directors approved the alteration of the company's Articles of Association by deleting Part B, which was originally incorporated related to a shareholders’ agreement with GRAND ANICUT FUND 1, Mr. Sathishkumar T, Ms. Anitha S, Mr. T S Shanjay and Ms. T S Nitin, that has now terminated.
