Bazel International to convene AGM, approve annual report on September 5, 2026

Bazel International Limited, a registered non-banking financial company, will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to approve the draft annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, convene the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM), consider the appointment of a scrutinizer, recommend the appointment of statutory auditors, and recommend the adoption of the "BIL Employee Stock Option Plan 2026" (BIL ESOP 2026) and the grant of stock options to eligible employees and directors of the company and its subsidiary companies.
