Vintage Coffee plans to raise funds via public issue or other methods

Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, September 4, 2026, to consider raising funds in one or more tranches through a further public issue, right issues, ADRs/GDRs/FCCBs, debt issue, preferential allotment, private placement, qualified institutions placement, or other permissible methods, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
