Chandra Prabhu International Limited announced August 31, 2026, that its board of directors appointed Ms. Vandana Singh as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) for a term of five years, effective August 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, to fill the vacancy of the Woman Director on the Board. The company also reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
