PNB Housing Finance plans to raise funds via NCDs, pending board approval

PNB Housing Finance Limited will seek approval from its board of directors on September 7, 2026, for a fund raising through the issuance of Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 31, 2026.
