Himadri Speciality Chemical establishes ARDENT IMPEX FZCO in Dubai for chemical trading

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd announced the incorporation of its foreign wholly owned subsidiary, ARDENT IMPEX FZCO, in the Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, on June 22, 2026, as previously announced on July 15, 2025. The subsidiary, with an authorized capital of AED 200,000, will focus on Industrial Chemicals Trading and Petrochemicals Trading, and is considered a related party of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd, with a 100% shareholding to be invested in cash.
