Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 31, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, where shareholders approved increasing the company’s authorized share capital and the issuance of up to 600,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters. Mr. Kamlesh Keshavlal Lodhiya, Chairman and Managing Director, presided over the meeting, attended by 7 members, and Mr. Dilip Kumar Swarnkar, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
