Sandeep Gupta to acquire shares, increasing stake in Asian Hotels (West) Limited to 16.32%

Sandeep Gupta will acquire 9,51,141 equity shares of Asian Hotels (West) Limited by way of a gift from Vinita Gupta on or after September 3, 2026, increasing his shareholding to 16.32% from 8.16%, according to a regulatory filing. The transfer is exempt under regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and the shares are being transferred without consideration.
