Shree Balaji Textiles appoints Harsha Pugalia and A T R S & CO. for auditing roles

Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Limited appointed Ms. Harsha Pugalia as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years starting Financial Year 2026-27, and A T R S & CO. as Internal Auditor for Financial Year 2026-27, both appointments made at a board meeting held August 31, 2026, the company said in a filing. The board also approved convening the 21st Annual General Meeting of shareholders on September 30, 2026, through video conference or other audio-visual means.
