Iconik Sports re-appoints D G M S & Co. as auditors for a one-year term

Iconik Sports and Events Limited, formerly known as ID Info Business Services Limited, announced that its board approved the re-appointment of M/s. D G M S & Co., Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for a second term of one year, commencing from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26 until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2026-27, subject to member approval. The company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. through video conference or other audio-visual means.
