Starbeam Ventures Limited, formerly known as Bluegod Entertainment Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 3, 2026, to approve the Board’s Report, Report on Corporate Governance, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, as well as to approve the Notice of the 42nd Annual General Meeting and appoint Ms. Vishakha Agrawal of M/s. Vishakha Agrawal & Associates as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting and voting process at the meeting.
