Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited announced that members of its promoter group, including Mr. Shrikant Gopaldas Zaveri, Mrs. Bindu Shrikant Zaveri, Mrs. Binaisha Shrikant Zaveri, Mrs. Raashi Shrikant Zaveri, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ) Private Limited, and Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Jewellers (Mumbai) Private Limited, have entered into a share purchase agreement with GRT Jewellers (India) Private Limited to sell 4,94,59,775 equity shares, representing 74.12% of the company's total issued and paid-up equity share capital, at a price not exceeding Rs 209 per share. Upon completion of the transaction on August 31, 2026, GRT Jewellers (India) Private Limited will acquire sole control of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited, and the sellers will be de-classified from the category of promoter/promoter group members, triggering a mandatory open offer to eligible public shareholders.
