Onesource Industries’ board expands business scope to include salt and salt-based products

ONESOURCE INDUSTRIES AND VENTURES LIMITED, formerly known as Onesource Ideas Venture Limited, announced that its board approved alterations to the company’s memorandum of association, including the addition of clauses related to the business of salt and salt-based products. The board also approved the annual report for the year ended March 31, 2026, scheduled the 32nd Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, and fixed a book closure date from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the regularization of Himanshu Suryakantbhai Soni, Shital Kishorbhai Fumakiya as Non-Executive –Independent Directors, and Simran Mishra as Managing Director, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
