Birla Capital appoints Ravindra Sharma as Manager for one year, pending shareholder approval

Birla Capital and Financial Services Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ravindra Sharma as "Manager" of the company, effective September 1, 2026, for a term of one year, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 31, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and follows on from a prior term of appointment from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
