ISF Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Verma as Whole-Time Director (Executive Director) and Ms. Ruchi Sabharwal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both appointments subject to approval from the Reserve Bank of India and the company’s shareholders. The board also approved the placement of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, before shareholders at the 38th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 28, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and fixed a book closure period from September 23 to September 28, 2026.
