Raycha has been re-appointed as Managing Director for another three-year term, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, following a special resolution at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Raycha, who holds 6,604,000 equity shares, representing 12.29% voting power, was re-appointed due to attaining the age of 70 years, and his continued experience is deemed vital for the company's future growth.
