Eris Lifesciences re-appointed Sujesh Vasudevan as Independent Director for five years

Eris Lifesciences Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sujesh Vasudevan as an Independent Director for a period of 5 years, commencing July 25, 2027, and up to July 24, 2032, and convened the 20th Annual General Meeting of its members for September 25, 2026.
